Karen Titolo
Karen Titolo has been a leader in the childcare industry for over 40 years. She has been involved in every aspect of early childhood education from Teacher, Director, Area Supervisor and Trainer. She has taught child development and worked with state and local agencies to develop high quality early childhood education programs. Karen brings a wealth of knowledge in operations, business, and early childhood education to her new position as the founding director of IKS Academy.
